Overview

At Pilates for She, our goal is to offer every woman a flexible and empowering experience. We understand that plans can change, and this policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work across our in-studio classes and retail purchases.

1. Class Bookings & Cancellations

  • All classes and sessions must be booked and paid for in advance
  • You may cancel or reschedule a class within the permitted window (prior to the 24 hours window before class start time)
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit being marked as used
  • When cancelled within the valid notice period, the session will be credited back to your account for future use — not refunded in cash
  • Credits can be used for future bookings within their validity period but cannot be transferred or exchanged

2. Memberships & Class Packs

  • All class packs and memberships are non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused sessions or credits expire after their validity period
  • Extensions or pauses are only granted in exceptional cases (e.g., medical reasons) and at the management's discretion

3. Private Sessions

  • Private sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 6 hours' notice
  • Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may lead to a shortened session without refund
  • All private session payments are non-refundable once booked

4. Retail Purchases

  • Retail items can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds are available only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered
  • Hygiene products such as grip socks and bottles are non-returnable
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

5. Workshops, Events & Special Programs

  • Workshops and limited-time events are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled or transferred if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Once the event has begun or materials have been accessed, no cancellations or refunds are possible

6. Technical Issues & Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical glitch or duplicate transaction, email hello@pilatesforshe.com with proof of payment. Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Contact hello@pilatesforshe.com with your full name, contact number, order/booking ID, and details. Support will review requests within 3–5 working days.

We may update this policy; the latest version will be on our website.
